About me

Idoia Fradejas (Mallorca, 1997). Writer: poet and journalist. Multidisciplinary author in constant training. Currently, studying the Degree of Humanities.

 

In 2016 his first publication came out, "Liberosis" by Editorial Letras de Autor). In 2018 he won the Valparaíso Poetry Prize with his work “We will be sea, blue, freedom”. She was invited to the International Poetry Festival of Costa Rica on two occasions, where her unpublished "We are not so different" (2019) and "Paisajes del olvido" (2022) were published. His latest collection of poems is entitled "The voices that are silent" (Valparaíso Ediciones, 2022).

 

His poems have been published in national and international magazines: Cardenal, La Raíz Invertida, La Vanguardia, Ibiza Editions, among others. In addition, he has collaborated in third-party publications and anthologies such as "27mm" (2020) by Enric Gener or "Luces after the curtain" (2022) by Ediciones Kametsa.

 

As a photographer, she has carried out several projects with which she has come to obtain some awards and recognitions. Among these, "The voice of fear" (2019) stands out, a testimonial photo-report that advocates for the rights and equality of HIV+ people. Social and environmental education is the engine that drives him to continue projecting his present and into the future.
